Domestic Delivery Charges

Nationwide Standard Delivery $8
Nationwide Rural Delivery $12

Free Shipping for all orders over $130 except outlying islands or extremely heavy parcels may occur a freight charge.

Shipping

All orders, including to rural addresses are shipped using Courier Post. Generally, delivery is within 2 business days for urban delivery addresses but add a day or two longer for rural destinations. Orders processed on Fridays will not normally leave until Monday. (We are a long way from town and the courier depot)

Please advise us (there is an area on the order page for Notes), if you have any delivery requests, e.g., front porch etc.   or would like your shipment to be Signature Required.

Delivery times are good faith estimates only and Kereru Natural Products will not be liable for delays. 

All Shipments are subject to stock availability. 

Kereru Natural Products does not consider an item "backordered" if it is temporarily out of stock but is currently in production, and is expected to be placed into inventory within 7 business days from receipt of your order. If at any time after receipt of your order, Kereru Natural Products discovers that there will be a longer delay, Kereru Natural Products will notify you via email as to the backorder and you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order at this time. When a product is backordered, we will use reasonable efforts to promptly inform you via email of this situation as soon as it becomes apparent. 
In the event an item is sent back to Kereru Natural Products for an exchange, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  

International Ordering Policy. 

At this time, our online system is configured to handle the shipping of orders within New Zealand, i.e. We only ship within NZ.
